Purpose

These terms govern the use of NutriPlan, published by [company name, address and company number to be completed]. Creating an account means you accept them.

Not medical advice

Plans are generated by artificial intelligence from the information you provide and checked automatically. They are for information only and do not replace advice from a doctor or dietitian.

See a health professional before following a plan if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or an eating disorder, or are under 18.

Account

The service is for people aged 16 and over. You provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Accounts are personal.

Free service and limits

The personal account is free and limited to a number of plans per month, shown in the app. NutriPlan may change the service and its limits; any paid offer will be announced before it applies.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass service limits, automate requests, access other people's data or misuse the assistant. NutriPlan may suspend an account in case of abuse.

Coaches

A coach who invites clients remains solely responsible for their coaching and for how they use the data their clients share with them.

Liability

NutriPlan does its best to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee it. It is not liable for the consequences of following a plan without medical advice when such advice was recommended.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by writing to contact@nutriplan.be; your data is then erased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. They may change; the update date is shown at the top of this page.
